«We had a wonderful time there at the house. My first impression was how clean it was. It is in a very small town, but that just means more a more quiet atmosphere. It comes with a neighborhood alarm clock in the form of a rooster. The biggest drama that we had was a fight between the neighbors Chihuahua and their rooster. «A very nice place to stay. The yard is very steep so I had to find somewhere else to walk my dog. The side street across the road was useable. There’s a trail, Desoto trail, about a mile a way behind the Shell gas station that was a good walking trail for the dog with a large grassy area. There is a dog park but there is no shade or grass.»

«This was a great place to vacation. The cleanliness of the rental was exceptional. Communication was flawless. The bed was comfortable. The linens were nice. The towels were fluffy. Overall, just a great experience. One thing I would mention is the walk down to the water is very, very, very, steep. It’s definitely not for everyone. But once you got down there it was beautiful and the little dock was a great place to hold a pole and fish for a little bit.»

«This house was perfect in every way! We traveled with adults, teenagers and toddlers. There was something for everyone! The kayaks were great, fishing from the shore and hiking by desoto beach were our favorite things to do! At night we played games ( the owners have a ton there to choose from!)
