I needed to adjust things a little and he was agreeable and helpful in making sure we were accommodated.The house itself is nice: cute, with a fair amount of backyard space if you need it (including a swing)--the photos (at least as I write) are accurate. «The house was clean and ready for us. It sits on the water and has great views especially sunsets. The neighborhood is quiet and very attractive. It is located close to the beach, restaurants and stores.The kitchen was set up for use with dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware and includes appliances such as a crock pot and air fryer. The host replied quickly to our communication. The air conditioning worked very well.Overall it was a great stay. »

«Good location for my one night stay NYE for a show at Terra Fermata. Only negatives are a few small cleaning issues. Place smelled of cigarettes, random food items in fridge, and hot tub had lots of sand in it visible by just opening the lid. The shower also has a rain head mounted on the wall so the water just trickles down the face of the shower head and the bath towels are closer to shop rags. »
