«The accommodations and location were perfect for our family of 4. The dock and pool was a very short walk. There is even a small beach within a short walk and Jenson Beach is only 3 minutes away by car. Our hosts were easy to get in touch with. They had beach toys, beach chairs and an umbrella available. We ate breakfast there every morning but ate out for lunch and dinner. We visited downtown Jenson Beach and Stuart.»

«The set up of the house was perfect for adults & teens. The outside equipment and activities were also great. The living room furniture was not able to comfortably sit our family. Its age and style were very outdated and the cushions and pillows slipped & shed feathers everywhere. It should be replaced. The decks and outside seating were good. «It was extremely hot and humid the weekend we stayed. The thermostat was locked and we asked to have the air conditioning turned up at night. It was very uncomfortable at night to sleep despite the fact that we asked to adjust the AC. There are only 3 parking spots available at the property and two guest spots. Renting a house with 5 bedrooms may require more than 3 spots available. The guest spots were rarely open.»

«Seriously close to the beach! And downtown. Cute house but wasn’t very clean. We didn’t use the swimming pool because it smelled like some animal died outside. Dishes were dirty and our feet were black from the floor. I never received the check in instructions so we were stuck outside for a few minutes until the host responded. Had to ask for WiFi as well. Still was a cute house with lots of room and plenty of beds and a TV in every room.»

«We used to live in Jensen Beach and knew Rio well. Nice quiet neighborhood. House is exactly as it was in the photos. Less than 10 min to a lot of amenities. Clean. Cheerful. Would def stay again. Bed is comfy. Loved the skylights. Owners are very helpful. Our stay was exactly as expected.»

«Lovely house with everything you need to self cater. Comfy king size bed. Chairs, umbrella for beach even fishing bait bucket and rods in garden shed. The house is just across the road from the Indian river lagoon and short drive to beaches, walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants etc. also to Conchy Joes. Lovely outside sitting and dining area. It even has a chair style swing, very relaxing. We would highly recommend and hope maybe to return.»

«We loved the location of this property, it was very close to all the activities we went for: dog beach, shopping/dining, Savanna’s Preserve State Park. The unit itself had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend and was decorated nicely. May sound funny, but we LOVED the shower! The check-out process (or generous lack thereof) was a nice surprise. We’ve stayed in many vacation homes that required a lot cleaning before departure. Thanks for a lovely weekend!»

We weren’t given enough towels, but they were delivered first thing the next morning. «We used Nettles Island as a jump point to explore the area. Went from Sebastian inlet all the way down the coast to Haulover. Had a fantastic time and the house was exactly what we needed. The only issue at all is the pool rules are very strict. Ok if you’re retired as most of the community is, but kids want to jump in, splash and play and use floating toys. The attendants will have none of that and one even got extremely rude with another group of kids. Overall we had a great time, the house ...
