Even before getting there, it was good to work with Bobby. I needed to adjust things a little and he was agreeable and helpful in making sure we were accommodated.The house itself is nice: cute, with a fair amount of backyard space if you need it (including a swing)--the photos (at least as I write) are accurate. It was a comfortable space to stay, stocked with the items we needed, with everything easy to understand/operate.

This place was perfect for the 2 adults and 2 children we had for our trip. The kids loved their room with the colorful bedding, books, and cute little hangers for their clothes. The swing in the backyard was a nice surprise!Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond. Bobby was very accommodating with our specific request. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a decent place. Not set up for 6 But if you are a family with a couple kids it would work. Having one small bathroom it did not really work for 2 of us. The location was quiet and near the beach and golf. We went there to play golf. Overall a decent place just wasn't for us.

Bobby is a great host very accommodating and quick to respond. The house was exactly what we had hoped for fully stocked with essentials and very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. Also, the home is very well decorated and has a really nice backyard and Florida room for relaxing. Close to beaches for convenience, but you may want to bring beach towels, as there are only 2 at the house. Beach chairs, boogie board, skim board, beach umbrella and sand toys made the beach so much more fun and enjoyable. Loved our stay and would definitely rent again. Thanks Bobby!
