Luksushoteller i Jeju øy

«Our room was very clean and quiet, just what we needed. The service staff was, without exception, polite and very helpful.»

«Don’t worry about the dirty exterior and it’s abandoned neighbours, the room itself is modern and clean, followed by friendly staff»

«Sentralt.

«Location is a quick taxi to the airport and close to many restaurants. Staff--and especially the older, taller gentleman on the evening shift--was very helpful, answering all my questions in perfect English. Property is older but well maintained.»

«We stayed for a night. During check in the staff at the front desk was helpful. The hall is quite dark and bit moldy smell. After a long day of traveling, we were ready to go to bed but that’s when we realized the duvet and pillow smelled very musty. Two other bedding set smelled the same and finally we got a new one. Next morning the toilet clogged and a ...

«It was very convenient being surrounded by a commercial area, and the hotel staff were generally friendly.»

«Good location near multiple buses especially for those who aren’t planning to drive around jeju and plan on hiking Hallasan Seongpanak trail in the early morning: bus is right outside. No safe box in room. Not really blackout curtains. Pop sound proofing between rooms. Old decor»

«It is at a convenient location. The room was spacious, but it could use some maintenance. The ac is centralized, and it’s set as a heater, so it was a little hot at night. Translation of information was only available in Chinese. It’s a bit unfriendly to non Chinese speaking guests. Don’t know if it’s normal in Jeju, but there was a constant squeaky noise after a few minutes of hot shower. The staff was only onsite during certain hours, they kept my car key after parking my car and did not give ...

«Big rooms but very hard bed and noisy AC. Good value hotel»

«Expectations were maybe higher than usual after reading so many positive reviews, and maybe the place is more suitable for the Asian market and families with small children. Check-in took forever. Dining options are limited, and it is not always easy to get a taxi to other areas. Finding a dead frog in the pool also made swimming less appealing. Many of the staff members seemed not particularly happy in their roles, which affected the overall impression. However, the cleaning staff were ...
