«Sandwiches yummy. Also friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and sandwiches yummy. »

«Sorry, but I have to say that this was not the five-star hotel experience I was expecting, especially considering the price we paid for our stay. The bathroom had a rather unpleasant smell of urine. When we reported this, the hotel took action and offered to change our room. However, as we had already unpacked and were only staying for two days, moving rooms was not really a practical option. The room itself was very dark, and the window overlooked some sort of strange pavement or rooftop, ...

«Our room was very clean and quiet, just what we needed. The service staff was, without exception, polite and very helpful.»

«Room was great, clean and spacious for two people. The hotel staff were nice and friendly. Short walk to Jeju bus terminal so you can explore the island »

«Sentralt.

«It is at a convenient location. The room was spacious, but it could use some maintenance. The ac is centralized, and it’s set as a heater, so it was a little hot at night. Translation of information was only available in Chinese. It’s a bit unfriendly to non Chinese speaking guests. Don’t know if it’s normal in Jeju, but there was a constant squeaky noise after a few minutes of hot shower. The staff was only onsite during certain hours, they kept my car key after parking my car and did not give ...

«숙소 위치가 대중 교통과 식당등 편했습니다»

«Good location near multiple buses especially for those who aren’t planning to drive around jeju and plan on hiking Hallasan Seongpanak trail in the early morning: bus is right outside. No safe box in room. Not really blackout curtains. Pop sound proofing between rooms. Old decor»

«We stayed only one night but the bed was comfortable, the room super big, same with washroom. Ac available as it was hot outside. Location is ok, quiet and close to Bus station if you're planning to visit the crater. We walked to the night market so overall all good. I would stay here again.»

«The location is great, convenient for dining and getting to the highway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downsides were that the facilities were a bit old; the TV didn't work and the hairdryer couldn't be used at high temperatures. Surprisingly, the trash cans hadn't been emptied on the day of check-in! Aside from that, there really weren't any flaws.»

«Excelente ubicacion, area limpia y muy comodo»

«We stayed for a night. During check in the staff at the front desk was helpful. The hall is quite dark and bit moldy smell. After a long day of traveling, we were ready to go to bed but that’s when we realized the duvet and pillow smelled very musty. We called the front desk for new bedding set but probably the only staff for the night was running around and took 45 mins to reach him. Two other bedding set smelled the same and finally we got a new one. Next morning the toilet clogged and a ...

«Vennlig personale, rask innsjekk, romslig og rent rom. Hotellet ligger like ved flyplassen, og de hentet oss ved ankomst.»
