He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.»

«Great location, the house had lots of space, however, upon arrival we noticed the glassware was sticky from possible previous stayers and the cutlery was dirty.Additionally, the shower drain was clogged. Thankfully there was a plunger in the laundry, but in order to shower we had to continuously ’plunge’ whilst showering to stop the overflow. Other than that, the accommodation met all our needs. »
