«I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. »

«Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would.
1. No hot water in the unit.
2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out.
3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children.
4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds.
5. Only two towels were provided for four people. ...

«Everything was expected for our last minute family vacation! The team was incredible and cannot say enough kind things about the staff. They were attentive before during and after our stay. Very unique/beautiful property, lots of wildlife seen every day, and very close car ride to a lot of beautiful beaches and towns to explore! Thanks for everything!»

«The property was accurate to the description and very clean. The pool area is very nice and we spent most of our time outside in the pool having fun. The home is located in a authentic area and sets behind the jungle so the views was actually more then I thought there was. I will be back for sure»
