«Very friendly staff. The property only had one functioning elevator which was awful. We paid for the all inclusive and the food was delicious.However, reservations are required in order to have dinner on the property. We failed to make reservations two days in a row because they no longer had availability at their restaurants. »

«Everything is perfect at Aura del Mar. We prefer the Superior Suite because of the extra room and the elevated view. The pool area is excellent with plenty of shade. Another few steps and you are on the beach! The restaurant has amazing food. We loved the nightly happy hour on the sunset viewing deck. Abel treats his customers like family. Roxy at the front desk and Carlos who books excursions are both helpful and making every guest feel at home.»

«Everything was great. Hotel staff, cleanliness of the property, view etc were all great. I would consider staying here again IF there was a mini fridge within the room. I like to keep a few things in the room but without the fridge, I think we would most likely book somewhere else. I heard this from others as well. Just thought I would share that.
