«The staff remembered our names, what room we stayed in, the palapas that we were under and were so personable. The food was amazing, the rooms were spacious and modern, the beach was beautiful. We stayed one night because we arrived before the reservation at our timeshare began and we went back TWICE afterwards with a day pass. We kicked ourselves for not staying there the entire time.»
