«The hotel is beautiful, and the concierge staff are amazing. The chef’s team is also very friendly and welcoming.
The only issue we experienced was theft. We lost a speaker on the first day while our carry-ons and personal bags were being transferred to the room. The next day, my friend also lost $500 in cash after the cleaning service visited the room.
Overall, it’s still worth visiting, but I would recommend carrying your personal belongings yourself and keeping all valuables securely locked ...

There was no sign or notice. We took our children for a early swim when all the sudden our kids started coughing. We got out immediately and the children ended up having a horrible reaction to the pool chemicals. We had to call a doctor due to the rashes. It was a terrible experience for us.
