«This was one of the best, maybe THE best house we've rented in the area. It was definitely the cleanest. Everything is new or nearly new, beds are comfortable and the pillows are high quality. « Clean, modern, cozy 2 bedroom. Exactly as shown in the pictures. The bedrooms and living room each have a separately controlled wall unit for heat/ac so great for temp control. Pulled up next to front door to drop luggage off and parking available close by on the two streets on either side of the short block where house is located. «We were very happy with the spaciousness of the home. We had 15 people and it didn't feel like it, Between the 5 bedrooms, game room and the huge outdoor area we had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. I gave the location 4 stars because we only wished it was closer to the beach. But for those who don't mind not being near the beach it's a nice, clean, quiet area. «We rented this property for the roof top hot tub. I specifically, asked the Host if the hot tub was up and running. He assured me that it was. The photo of the hot tub is obviously, when it was new. The cover was ripped, only one side of the tub had jets that were slightly functional. It smelled and had sand in the bottom. «The house is beautiful new construction and had enough space for everyone comfortably. Check in was an easy transition and the host responds immediately with any questions you have. The kitchen was fully stocked with every pot, pan, utensil, plate, cups, ect…. I did not have to worry about any linens, towels, sheets or beach supplies. This house was perfect!!
