«Pictures are amazing but in real life, it was even better!! Will not stay anywhere else in the island moving forward. Gorgeous pool, exclusive beach access, and a comfy bed. What more could one ask for? Poli had our golf cart waiting for us when we arrived and it has easy access to many wonderful restaurants. «We had a wonderful family vacation! The home was perfect for the 13 of us and accommodated all of our needs. The house is clean and well appointed for large groups. Victor and Ginny were very attentive to our needs and if you pay for the chef service, they really do their best to accommodate all of your diet and meal preferences and prepare the tastiest meals! «The place was clean and appeared exactly as it was listed. Suited our needs in a central location on Isla Mujeres. The host was fantastic! She provided a lot of helpful info on getting to the island by ferry. Also provided info on the bag handlers and taxi service. «Isla retreat has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The villa # 3 was much more than expected. The owner was slow to respond after the initial booking when we had to make changes to our reservation it took a number of attempts to get a response but the owner did accommodate our changes. Overall definitely a great place to stay.»
