«Nothing in the description was accurate. First, there absolutely no water inside. Both water jugs were empty. There were no paper towels, no napkins. There was one kitchen towel, and no wash rags in the kitchen. I had to clean the kitchen including dishes before we could use anything. I used a washrag from the bathroom because there wasn't any in the kitchen. We also had to clean the floor because walking around barefoot our feet turned black on the bottom. The ad says it is “new” but it is not ...

«Place was absolutely incredible! Great service, very friendly staff. If we were ever to go back there again, we’d stay here again. Close to everything, but still a retreat. I raved about how great they were. Staff spoke English and Spanish. Free coffee, free pan dulces. Pool on the top of the main. There’s a reason they are rated a super host. Our place was spotless clean too. »

«Three of us stayed for four nights. The Villa is on a busy street but the bedrooms face the ocean so the car noise is not bothersome. The ocean views are gorgeous. Its the perfect location as well. Just outside the busy north area and walking distance to restaurants and north beach.»

"The hotel itself is very good; however, the music becomes extremely loud from 10 a.m., especially in the pool area. Music is also played in other areas, but it is drowned out by the pool music, turning it all into noise when multiple songs are playing at the same time. There are a lot of families with children, which leads to a lot of shouting and screaming in the restaurants. This makes it unsuitable for those who want to dine in a calm and quiet environment."
