«Beautiful condo in wonderful location with picturesque ocean view. Walking distance to a mini mart, two restaurants (Ranchero and The Joint), and Punta Sur. Due to some last minute maintenance, we couldn’t use the the pool. No worries….Property Manager Delia was quick to provide us with condo credit. «We stayed in penthouse unit 10 and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. It was clean, well layed out, had everything we needed and three balconies that had unbelievable views of the bay over to Cancun. It is on the south end of the island so much quieter but a little bit of a drive if you are spending a lot of time back and forth into town or north beach. «The condo was great. Very spacious and a beyond wonderful deck. It was a very beautiful condo and a nice location. The pool and dedicated beach chairs were amazing. It was fabulous to have the Mayan Beach restaurant on site. The food was plentiful and delish. The condo was visited by the maids every two days. The condo was very clean. «This was a great place for us to stay! I would definitely stay here again. The location was great, we rented a golf cart and never had any issues with parking close by. It is also very walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. It is very new and well built and pretty. The rooftop pool was great we went up there almost daily to watch the sunset and it was usually just us. The front desk people were extremely nice and helpful. Had a great time overall!»

«Location is perfect to restaurants/shopping/beach. The roof top pool is a nice addition to the property. Golf cart rental is across the street and a bakery is next door with really good coffee/lattes. The only draw back is the dogs barking all night across the street and the club at end of corner playing really loud music til 2am. That is no fault of the property and I know that is out of their control. Other than that the place is great»

«since this is our third time back to this location, needless to say we enjoy our stay. Condo is beautifully decorated and location is perfect. Waking up each morning with view from bed looking over water and watching sunrise. Check in so easy and property manager is great to work with. Nothing bad to say about this property. «Our group consisted of 4 couples, and this was the perfect place for us! The 4 bedrooms all had king sized beds that were SO comfortable! We all couldn’t believe how well we slept! Each also had their own bathroom, which was great. The kitchen was very impressive, and we hired Brando to cook an amazing dinner for us one night. Highly recommend him! «The location to the pool and beach is amazing! The condos are very clean and nice and they have everything you need to enjoy your stay! We cooked in our condo and enjoyed everything about it! It’s not directly on a swimmable beach but you have access to the Zama beach club or are a short walk to the beautiful Playa Norte. The main restaurants and shop area is just a few blocks away. «Small budget hotel in perfect location. Quiet, safe, three blocks from the water taxi, two blocks from the restaurant/party street. Good sized rooms, nice confortable beds, plenty og warm water (if needed...), a kitchenett with freezer! AC, best roof terrace in town - you can see almost 360 degrees!
