Hoteller nær Isla Catalina-stranden

«Excelente!»

«Love this hotel in my top 3»

«Although the shower was awkward because it wasn't enclosed and water got everywhere and there was no where to put your items in the shower like skincare etc...the rest of the hotel and staff were amazing. At least people spoke English and the pool area was always warm and open late. The staff was the best part of the stay. Consistent and friendly service and they always went out if their way. The restaurant was amazing too!!»

«El personal super amable, en especial Link, nos ayudó incluso a conseguir tours. Te ofrecen café de cortesía todas las mañanas y el hotel está muy cerca del muelle. Es muy tranquilo el lugar, vale la pena si buscas algo sencillo para relajarte»

«Todo de maravilla»

«They had a nice breakfast. The rooms were nice»

«Had an excellent one night stay. Nice view of ocean and Catalina Island. Frank is a very good host and always attentive. Nice clean room with everything you need for your comfort. We enjoyed every minute of our stay with great conversations of life experiences with Frank. Would definitely stay again and enjoy a good wine next time. thank you Frank.»

«Stayed 10 days. Overall friendly and service minded staff. Rooms are clean, but took all day before they cleaned them and they would enter the room after a short knock. Great activities for everyone. Food quality was decent - some restaurants had a long wait. Overall very happy with the stay and great value for money!»

«Al Final no me aceptaron en la Propiedad que la Reserva de Expedía no llegó a tiempo el Joven de la Recepción Boracho o cosas aledañas la encargada arrogante aunque él le decía que si estaba la Reserva ella decía que NO y tuve que irme casi a la media noche buscar donde quedarme»

«Excelente atención por parte de anfitrión, como extranjeros llegamos con dudas pero amablemente nos apoyaron y nuestra estancia fue más que cómoda!! Super recomendable»

«Housekeeping was rude the bartenders and security were friendly and helpful. The property has beautiful views but that's where the good ends. Food options are nonexistent as only the buffet is open every day the so called restaurants that are included are not restaurants its seats by the water and only one open a day by reservations only. Sushi which is extra cost is open everyday but I never saw anyone there. Food was extremely salty and either undercooked or overcooked. Food truck is one ...

«Did not stay - the room was dusty and lots of humidity. Allergies acted up a soon as we walked in»

«The towels were very thin. Headboard had dust and the room smelled very musty. I checked in with my family and immediately checked out. The area dud not look safe either. Although I lost money on this hotel....I got another one the same day knowing I wouldn't get a refund. I would not recommend it. Although the staff was friendly...that didnt make up for the lack of cleanliness. The towels weren't even folded. Just thrown on the sink!!! Never again.»

«it’s bettter find a place to eat because the food it this place is not fresh my tommie still hurts 😓»

«Está bien para el personal»

«Great service good location!»
