Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama MM Premier
Excellent as always. But the early check in and the handwritten birthday card and the present I found in our room when we returned from dinner made my day even more special.

Hakone Kowakien TEN-YU
It is a beautiful hotel, but considering the price I would expect more. Lack in information regarding meals and times. Might be a language problem, but google translate would easily solve this with an information sheet... all in all a good stay, but with this location and amenities it could have ...
