It is a beautiful hotel, but considering the price I would expect more. Lack in information regarding meals and times. Might be a language problem, but google translate would easily solve this with an information sheet... all in all a good stay, but with this location and amenities it could have ...

RakutenSTAY FUJIMITERRACE HakoneAshinoko
Our favorite stay during our 2 week Japan trip. Incredible amenities (hot spring, sauna, heated floors, projector), amazing views of Hakone Shrine and Fuji, and a smooth check-in process. The bus stop, 7/11, and pirate ship dock are a 2-min walk away and were incredibly convenient.

Rakuten STAY TERRACE Hakone Kowakudani
It's an amazing experience in the hotel. Huge space for family even with 10 people. I was so surprised by the extraordinary Outdoor/indoor Onsen, Sauna, Stone spa in the house! Everything was clean and tidy! And the check-in was so smooth and easy! The only thing not that perfect was the internet ...
