«Very cozy great stay overall»

«Stayed for three nights with my husband and another couple. Very convenient for getting to the falls and surrounding area. The apartment was clean, we didn't have any problems. Just wish the fridge was larger and maybe some towel hooks in the bathroom and hangers in the closets.»

«This was a true gem, the space was even better than pictured, well appointed and spotless. Everything looked brand new. A nice supply of Keurig coffee, creamers and a few snacks were also available. The property manager was super prompt and helpful in answering all questions and provided a nice online guidebook as well. We even met her outside once during our stay! Parking was in the back of the property and private, but was a bit tight (Manageable). We were close to Niagara Falls which was the ...

«We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment has everything you need to stay, we didn't have to bring anything extra. If I had to do it again, I'd stay here.»

«House was as listed. Good sized rooms, balcony was a hit with the kids, and house was a 7 minute drive from the national park. Easy! Minor housekeeping issues: Top bunk sheets were dirty and had hair, when we rolled down the blankets for my kids. Glasses had lip marks and needed to be rewashed before using. Another roll of paper towels would have been appreciated. Otherwise, good home base for a great eclipse trip!»

«Traveled to Buffalo for a two day concert.. the house was easy to find and very close to the Bills stadium which is where we needed to go. Plenty of places to eat and get coffee. Check in was a little confusing one email said 3pm one said 4pm. However when a called I was allowed access. Hosts were very nice and accommodating»

«My 82 year old cousin, and myself (age 80) stayed in this quite lovely apartment. Very comfy bed, adequate kitchen, clean, and most everything one would need. I would have wished to k ow that the unit was on the second floor as it was a bit difficult for us to carry out luggage up the 14 steps. Also, I would have like to have a tea kettle to boil water and some Kleenex. Other than that, would recommend for younger folks.»

«We went for the solar eclipse which turned out to be a dud. What wasn't a dud was the property in which we stayed. It was clean, stocked, and well maintained. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. I defiantly would stay there again if I was ever in the area.»

«This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first! Brad and Vanessa were incredibly accommodating and helpful during our stay. They are generous in providing towels, bathroom essentials, snacks, coffee pods, kid + baby supplies making our packing process and stay easy peasy. Location couldn’t be better! Highly reccomend!
