«A lovely warm welcome with a real family feel to the B&B - extremely helpful too. The rooms are very comfortable. The breakfasts are outstanding using many local products and the extra homemade treats are delightful. Location is lovely with surrounding countryside - highland cows, sheep and deer whilst at the edge of the village.»

«You will not be disappointed with your stay at Ceim house for so many reasons. Agnes is a lovely, responsive host who greeted us and answered numerous questions about Black Valley. The drive in is amazing and better than the pictures. Take Agnes up on her offer to cook; not only is it delicious, but you won't want to leave! «A family friendly old farmhouse which suited our 8 family members, aged from 3 to quite a bit older. Beautifully secluded with plenty of ground around the house and acres of exploring along the lake shore. We were there at the end of March and the weather was cool and blustery, though we didn't have much rain. Only a 5 minute drive to the lovely beach at Ballyhiernan Bay. «The location was not ready for our arrival. Apparently, there had been complications with a rental from another platform the night before our arrival, and the owner thought she had cancelled all further rentals, without advising us.Fortunately, she agreed to have the property cleaned swiftly for us and we could proceed with our stay as planned for two nights with a few hours delay.
