«Gary’s place was just what the doctor ordered. Cozy and clean, well-stocked, and secure. Gary’s communication was fantastic - he gave a heads-up on the sneaky railroad underpass to get to the house (which was totally fine for my sedan), and checked in at the beginning and ending of my stay. Very dog friendly! My pup absolutely loved the backyard and dock, and at 11 years old, she had her first experience with using a doggie door. «This property was great. It was very well stocked with everything we could need, including a Keurig, K-cups and creamers. Appreciated an ample supply of paper products, so no need to go buy more. Loved all the nice touches- cute signs and pictures and really comfy furniture. The property was nice and very quiet for sleeping. If we go back up to the area and would recommend it to friends. «We attended a May wedding nearby so decided to rent via VRBO rather than the expensive hotel rates around college graduation time. Very pleasant stay in spite of being off season. Our dog played on the beach and in the water with the neighbors friendly young dog. Located alongside a brook which was peaceful as you can hear the water coming down to the bottom of the hill and into the lake. «The (3-6 person) yurt experience is truly wonderful. The yurt itself has an herb garden and 2 koi ponds onsite. Michelle is a gracious and kind hostess who ensured we were well taken care of. The yurt itself is very clean and comfortable and even comes with fresh local coffee! Based on the season, you may need insect (tick) repellent if you plan to traipse through the wildflower fields and woods nearby. We would love to stay here again and hope to do so in the near future.»

«This trip was planned as a girls getaway to surprise our daughter (who has three sons) coming up from Florida for a long weekend. We had such a fun time we decided to make it a yearly tradition. The house held all 8 of us comfortably, in a beautiful setting right on Seneca Lake, offering a beautiful display of Gods creation from either of the two decks. LOTS of laughter & love!»

«Stayed here with my mom and sister. It was clean, cute, comfy and a great place to chill with a breathtaking view of the lake. Not as steep of a walk to the water as many other rentals on the lake and not a ton of stairs either. It was chilly when we were there but the mini split and pellet stove kept us super cozy. «It’s hard to find such a beautiful place surrounded by water, with easy access to swimming and kayaking. We loved walking right out and having a personal beach with an amazing view all the way to Ithaca. The home is clean, comfortable, and really set up with entertaining in mind.
