«This property has ZERO communication! Not even a note on the door. They blame Expedia but many properties message me through Expedia. This property should be listed as a hostel! They have 1 bathroom for multiple people; which is ok(it was very clean); but we had to walk across the house (3 rooms) to get to the bathroom. Not too fun for 3AM bathroom trips!»

«Such a cute place! The owners were very responsive with our questions. We had a wonderful dinner and games in the screen room. Shower is roomy and the water pressure just right. Only wished there was a firepit. The dock was too unsafe to go out on. Would book with these owners again for sure!»

Finally found the space heater and turned it on. Alerted the front desk (through Expedia chat) to the fact the heat was not working. We’re told “oh yes, we know” that is why there is a space heater. It took quite a long time to get the bed area warm. Twice during the night woke up cold and had to turn the space ...

«This is a beautiful property. It is in the top ten of all Inns we have had the pleasure to visit. We appreciated the warm hospitality and exceptional location. Views and sounds of the mighty Atlantic Ocean are everywhere.
The property manager was especially kind and shared many conversations. We hope to have another relaxing respite here soon! Thank you Tom, Kyle, and Julia!»
