«Dette er det perfekte overnattingsstedet på vei til eller fra Aguas Calientes (og Machu Picchu). Vi overnattet her etter Machu Picchu, og betjeningen var så hjelpsom å oppbevare vår bagasje gratis i ett døgn før vi sjekket inn. Beliggenheten på stasjonen var bare en fordel da det ikke passerer så mange tog, og kun på dagtid. Vi spiste middag på hotellet og var svært fornøyd med maten. «We loved staying at Casona La Recoleta! We were traveling with 4 children, and this hotel was perfect. There was a loft with beds for the kids and a second bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with food every morning, which was super convenient and good. We would have stayed here the entire week, but they were booked the second half of our stay. «Kori Gems had a very unique, Peruvian feel to it. The staff were wonderfully helpful. We had so many questions and requests for assistance, and they answered everything with a friendly smile. The hotel is about a three minute walk to Plaza de Armas, and maybe a few minutes more to San Blas. It's central to everything. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!»

«I first stayed at a single room on the third floor and that was lovely and not noisy. But later had to change to the first floor, no view and very very noisy. The walls are extremely thin so you can hear what they are talking about next door. The room was also very very cold! The bed had plenty of blankets so no problem to sleep but the floor was so cold. «No one was there when we came to check in so we hung out in the courtyard with the dogs and cats which was really cute. The bed and bathroom was very clean. There was a few crumbs on a cabinet but it was well worth the stay. I would definitely stay here again.»

«Son una ESTAFA , cuando llegamos al lugar supuestamente ellos ya no eran los dueños y no eran los dueños , pero lo más que hablamos con ellos nos dimos cuenta que si lo eran y que estaban encargados de la propiedad y que solo decidieron darle a nuestra habitación a otras personas . Si no fue que expedía nos da la opción de pagar en el lugar hubiéramos pagado dos veces . Tenga cuidado antes de hacer una reservación con este lugar en específico.»

«It was beautiful, an incredible property. I was lucky enough to stay in the presidential suite which was a dream. I was in the king room which was amazing but slightly louder being on the top floor as the roof acts like now of an echo chamber so you can hear the dogs bark at night. If you are not sensitive to noise then this won’t bother you! For me, it was too much. The food cooked by Carlos was wonderful. Abi, thank you, you have done a great job. »

«Highly recommend this place. Vilma and her husband Ali really made us feel at home right from the beginning. This is more like a BnB than a hotel. Thanks to that the service provided is very personal. The room itself was very clean and has the basic essentials. But the biggest plus of this place is Vilma and Ali. «We decided to have a night in lovely Ollantaytambo before leaving for Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu the next day. We couldn’t have chosen a more authentic and nicer little place. We were greated at the door by a lovely woman who helped us with everything from the best restaurants in town to hikes in the surrounding mountains. «Nous avons adoré l’emplacement, mais il faut quand même monté plusieurs marches pour s’y rendre. Très proche de la place d’armes et de pleins de restaurants. «Amazing communication with host! The home is just as the pictures describe. We didn't want to stay in a crowded and busy hotel so this property provided us with an intimate place for my family. «Joel and Cidelia were amazing hosts who treated us like family. Joel built his home and the sky domes from scratch. We had the wonderful opportunity to cook with Cidelia and have dinner with their family. The domes were awesome. It does get a little cold, but they were more than accommodating with blankets. Be prepared to glamp. The location and views were amazing. We enjoyed beer and a beautiful view overlooking the valley on the mini bar near our sky dome. »
