«The hotel is beautiful with gardens, animals, a little church ( you can get married there if you want ) and great service. Rooms are splendid, spa is real pro, we wish we could have stayed longer. If you want to do the inca trail, it is on the way from cusco to the start, so you can get a pick up and save 2 hours bus from cusco at 5 in the morning... I ended up having a lovely morning with Audry (member of staff) who cycled with me (hotel bicycle) to a nearby archaeological site where we had a walk around. «AMAZING stay! The best and coolest place we have ever stayed on. If you are visiting Ollantaytambo you have to book this place for a night. Stunning views from the dome and I recommend early check in to enjoy the view. We choose to not stay in the climbing domes and instead choose the top cupole dome which was a short walk to. «We had a wonderful stay at Sierra Sacred Valley, it turned out to be the perfect choice to acclimatize to the high altitude. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, they were genuinely concerned about my altitude sickness (which wasn't that severe, but maybe I looked worse than I felt) and offered some remedies. Luis told us all about the area, a lot you wouldn't get from tourist guides, and also took us on a lovely hike up the mountain behind us. The food in the restaurant was great, ...

«Veldig god service fra alle ansatte. Alle går virkelig inn for å møte alle ønsker man har. Eks. Servitøren i restauranten fikk kokken til å lage en mindre posjon av grønnsaksuppen, slik at vi kunne kombinere den med en annen rett for 1 pris. :-) veldig behjelpelige med turer/transport (også til Machu Picchu). Hotellet ligger ca 30 min med bil fra Aguas Callientes (hvor toget går til Machu Picchu), men taxien koster nesten ingenting (100 sol) så det gjør ingenting at man ikke bor i Aguas ...

«We absolutely loved staying at Luis’ place! The area is quiet and the view from our room was incredible. The place is located a bit outside the city but we had dinner at a nice vegetarian cafe nearby (which was great even though we’re not vegetarians). Luis was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are modern and some of the best we have experienced in Peru. Such great value for money. The WiFi worked great as well!»
