«We just wanted a quick night stay for a family of 5 while passing through Frankfurt for one night. We came in late and left early. It was perfect for this type of stay. The door to the hotel was close to our room and very loud but since we didn’t stay long it didn’t bother us. I wouldn’t stay here for a week visit but for a quick stay it’s ok. »

«I have stayed in a lot of questionable hotels around the world, but this was actually the worst. The room consists of patched carpets, lots of stains, brown and red stains on the bed linen and mattress, the bathroom was disgusting. The rooms have windows onto an extremely noisy street with life all night long and since there is no air conditioning here it is a crisis.. we could not have the window open and it was around 30 C in the room. BUT the nail in the coffin was the bed bugs! Didn't see ...

«Superb hotel alittle outside Frankfurt. We got a great summer offer so for us this was really great value for money. Sea drives by car so this review is based on that means if transport. High standard of rooms, service and breakfast. If you are visiting Frankfurt and do not need to stay downtown, this is a great option. Service: The staff is serviceminded and highly professional. «The staff (especially one lady) was quite rude throughout the whole visit. The room was lacking amenities such as toilet paper and towels, the floor has trash from the previous guests. Ok for one night, but not good. »

«Its ok, nothing more. Promoting free airport transfer and then you have to pay for the service back to the airport. I think that felt a bit like being fooled. Next time I will choose another hotel»

«Staff was very courteous. The hotel is new and very thoughtfully arranged. Wonderful dignified access for wheelchairs. Very comfortable rooms with enough lighting and electronic charging opportunities. Loved the bathroom supplies - Rituals is such a nice brand. The restaurant was inviting and the service robot added a fun vibe. I most highly recommend this hotel - will use in future for sure!»
