«The staff who communicated with me was very responsive and kind. The house itself was lovely, although the stairs were steep and a little hard to get luggage up. The parking was tiny, and difficult to traverse in our compact SUV. It was dog friendly, but the yard was not, being just a concrete slab with some weeds they could potty on, but there was a park across the street to walk them.»

«If you need a roomy house for your DCI Finals week... this place is the absolute best! The property is only a short walk from the south lots. Plus ride share is under 10. The airport is a short 20 minute drive as the ramp for 70 West is immediately next to the house. There's a new convenience store a block away. «Clean comfortable older apartment . One bed no couch . It suited my needs perfectly. Close to down town via a car , über. Easy , clear almost instant communication with the owners when I had any questions . I hope to stay there again when I attend another convention here »

«Great place!! Easy to get to, great communication as to parking, expectations, etc.The kitchen and living room were great for our needs, especially the large kitchen table.It was nice having the living room area and bathroom in the basement, as well as the three bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor.(Water pressure and hot water were both fantastic also!)We didn’t get to use the bonfire pit, but it and the patio and back yard were a nice setup.Thank you for having us!!»

«We paid extra for early check-in, tried to communicate before arriving to no response ,but when we arrived the cleaning crew was still there and said they hadn’t been told about it. I also confirmed off-street parking in advance, but it turned out to be street parking only. The upstairs shower pressure was below acceptable, and the cleaning crew even asked us to finish the laundry they’d started. «After a 9 hour trip we get to the address and the gate was difficult to find due to unclear directions and no markings on the fence to where the door was. Once we got into the unit its was viable clear that the Vrbo was not properly clean. Dead bugs on the carpet, molded coffee filter, water damage with mold spots in the bathroom and bedroom closet. We were traveling with young kids and the second bedroom had a comfy twin bed and trundle and was dark with curtains.
