A 5-minute drive from Riley Hospital, IU Health University Hospital, Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital, Kindred Care Hospital, IU School of Medicine, and IUPUI main campus.

Quiet Hours



Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM each day.



Please be respectful of our neighbors during these hours. If excessive noise continues after two warnings from management, additional fees may apply in accordance with your rental agreement.



Pets



Pets are welcome only with prior approval.

If you're planning to travel with a pet, please contact us before your arrival so we can make the appropriate arrangements.

Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees or other charges as outlined in your rental agreement.



Smoking



Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.

Additional cleaning or deodorizing charges may apply if this policy is violated.



Parties & Gatherings



To help maintain a safe and peaceful environment, parties and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

Violations of this policy may result in cancellation of your reservation, removal from the property, and applicable fees as outlined in your rental agreement.
