«There is one person to bartend the saloon , wait on customers and check in guests. There was a quarter roll of toilet paper, one wash cloth and a microwave that had to be plugged in across the sink because there were no outlets near it. No way to control the temperature in the room, the wifi was lousy and once the saloon closes there was no one on site yo get more supplies.»

«There was no water at the property when we reached, we were there for 1 night, and there was no water in any sinks or the bathrooms. The host wasn’t able to provide any help for this, even after promising that someone would come to fix it 2 hours before our checkout, no one showed up! The communication was a nightmare, the host also denied a refund for this experience. The place is beautiful but our group had a really bad experience and no help or compensation from the host made it even worse.»

«Always a good experience»

«Self entry, so don't lose the directions. Cute day room with windows and comfy couches, and a small frig that held breakfast items, good protein selections, and coffee/tea and paper goods to support breakfast. My room was small but adequate, and bathroom simple and clean. I do wish I had a window in my room tho. Be aware you may have to take your luggage up stairs Right across the street from Basecamp cafe.»

«The comfort level is just not what I’m use to. It did not smell new from the bedsheets. This is just too simple. No thanks.»
