«These cottages are absolutely amazing. So quiet and clean. The owners are so attentive. If you need anything they are there so quick. The salt water pool was an added bonus. So clean and beautiful. There is no children allowed at the cottages That is one of the reasons why we choice them. We will definitely be staying there again. We love IRB also so much to do and the beach is amazing.»

«This was such an amazing property. A delightful walk to all the wonderful restaurants and shops of downtown Dunedin. Yet a quiet neighborhood to come home to. The cottage was super clean and comfortable. Lovely touch to have coffee, tea and creamer available. Our host was readily available if we needed anything...but the cottage had everything we needed.
