The Seaside Cottage is located just a block to the famous Indian Rocks Beach!

Walk To the Beach, Shops, Dining & Water Sports! Beach access is directly across the street!

This cottage is 1 of 4 cottages in a quaint, authentic Key West `Old Florida` cottage compound. The cottages are cozy and very clean, and have all been completely renovated.
The heated saltwater pool, jacuzzi, and 2 outdoor tiki bar/grills in the fenced back yard compound (5000 sq. ft.) are shared between the 4 cottages.
You won`t have ANY screaming kids around this compound....just peace
and quiet for ultimate relaxation, as we are a 21+ property.

Cottage #4 sleeps 2 adults comfortably in the one bedroom. The den also has a comfortable pull out couch. Each cottage has a private, privacy fenced back yard.
Very quiet area, dog friendly neighborhood.
The parking lot includes room for three cars (one per unit).
Each cottage has 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and a beach wagon. Bikes available upon request for a nominal rental fee.
All cottages are equipped with smart TVs so you are able to login to your favorite streaming service.

Small dogs <30 lbs. permitted with a non refundable pet fee of $150 per stay.

This cozy fishing village has tempting restaurants and unique shopping. You will find quaint shops that offer antiques, arts, crafts, clothing and jewelry.

Indian Rocks Beach is a charming, thriving community that has maintained most of it`s original character and supports a lively mixture of recreational activities. From it`s Nature Preserve, to it`s many parks and sandy shores, you will find a smile on every face, and a warm Florida welcome with everyone you meet!

Publix Supermarket is in close proximity, on East Bay, just before you cross the bridge onto the island

Numerous restaurants and shops within very close walking distance.
Please no smoking of any kind in the cottage or in any of the outside common areas of the property.
No glass is permitted in the pool area. The cottage contains plasticware for use in the pool area.
Do NOT flush feminine products or flushable wipes down the toilet. This has caused plumbing issues in the past. There are sanitary bags bags provided in the vanity for proper disposal.
Only use HE detergent in the washing machine.
There is a hose located in the side yard to the left of Cottage #1 for rinsing feet, beach gear etc. There is also an open shower faucet located between cottage #2 and #3. Please use care with the beach chairs and if one breaks please report this so the next guest is not without a functioning chair.
Do not throw wet sandy beach towels in the washing machine. Please leave outside to dry and then shake out thoroughly before washing. Towel hooks are in various outside locations on the property along the fence and exterior posts.
Clean the outdoor grill after use using the grill brush provided. Keep lid closed when not in use so grease pan doesn`t fill up with water in the event of rain.
Be a friendly neighbor and clean outdoor common areas after use.

We have stayed at this property several times. It is a great location and convenient to many bars and restaurants. The cottage is adorable and well appointed. The pool, hot tub and tiki area are the best. This place is our home away from home. Megan and Scott are wonderful hosts, great communicators and are attentive to making sure your stay is a truly wonderful vacation. We will be back for sure. This place is a gem for sure!!

Everything was outstanding! My husband must have said three times how this was the most relaxing and comfortable vacation we have ever taken. True. The cottage interior was beautiful and comfortable and just the perfect size for the two of us. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and we loved being able to go down the street and be at the beach. Coco's was very good. The perfect vacation was exactly what we had. Last but not least, Megan was a fabulous host! She was always there to answer questions. She was kind, courteous, and such a pleasure to work with! We would love to come back here again soon.

We will be back!

We could not ask for more! The cottage was adorable and included everything we needed. We spent a lot of time in the pool and spa and the beach was a 5 min walk. You are in the middle of many restaurants and bars. Our hosts were attentive and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Quiet Retreat with Great Location

Location, location, location...Based on the information provided, we chose to use a car service to get us "to and from" the airport (we used Way 2 Go Rides and were very pleased with our choice) during our stay. There was a substantial savings vs renting a car. We were taking a chance that everything would be as described. The chance paid off as the cottages are a block from beach access (getting to and from the beach was easy, especially with the provided beach wagons), around the corner from Coco's Grill, a half block from two other restaurants, two blocks from a convenience store (in a gas station), six blocks from a great restaurant (Guppy's), eight blocks from another great restaurant (Keegans). We took sunset beach walks and then walked to the restaurants for late dinners. It was great! The cottage (#4) itself was as described. We had everything we needed. It was clean and neat. Scott and Megan provided enough toiletries to get us started. The kitchen is well appointed. We needed a new beach umbrella (the one for our cottage was broken). We notified Scott and Megan and had a new one the next day. The pool was a perfect temperature and provided a terrific reprieve from the mid-afternoon sun at the beach. We cooled off in the pool and napped in the lounge chairs in the shade of palm trees. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet. Megan and Scott's communications are excellent. We will definitely be back!
