Review of SR Hotel – South Korea
Unfortunately, my stay at SR Hotel was a very disappointing experience. This property does not function like a real hotel and falls far below basic hospitality standards.
The check-in process was one of the worst aspects of the stay. Staff were unhelpful, unfriendly, and lacked basic hospitality and professionalism. Communication was difficult, and there was little effort to assist guests.
The room itself was uncomfortable. The temperature was excessively hot, and the climate controls were not functioning properly. The bathroom was extremely small and inconvenient. There was no daily housekeeping or cleaning service during the stay, which is unacceptable for any hotel accommodation.
Additionally, the television had no translation or English-language options, making it unusable for international guests. Overall, the room and amenities were poorly maintained and not guest-friendly.
This was a terrible experience from start to finish. I would not recommend SR Hotel to travelers, especially those expecting standard hotel services or international accommodations.
