"We had a very nice stay. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The bathroom was beautiful and surprisingly large. Had some issues communicating with one of the receptionists that did not understand English well, but they were all friendly and tried their best. The food in the restaurant was also very tasty. We could not use the shuttle bus as service stopped at 10.30, but the staff helped us arrange a taxi, and the ride to the terminal took us about 10 minutes. Very happy with our stay, and should we need a hotel close to Incheon again we will definitely return."

"We chose this hotel since it had a swimming pool without realizing that we had to pay for it. It wasn't cheap at all for the hotel guests either. i was only going to drop my daughter for swimming but I had to pay myself for entrance even though I wasn't going to use the facility, nor was I allowed to go out and buy some coffee while I was waiting for my daughter to finish swimming. Not very friendly and welcoming service at the pool reception. "

"Jeg valgte hotellet utifra nærheten til flyplassen. Vi hadde en mellomlanding på 22 timer og da passet det bra å bo her. Dessverre gikk shuttlebussen bare en gang i timen (ikke hver halvtime som det står skrevet flere steder), og vi valgte derfor å gå til hotellet fra terminalen. Litt langt men gikk greit siden været var ok og vi hadde lite bagasje. Vi ankom to timer før innsjekk og fikk tildelt rom ved å betale litt ekstra. Veldig glad for det. Det gikk greit å ta shuttlebuss tilbake til flyplassen og deretter toget inn til Seoul stasjon for å få med oss noen timer med sightseeing. Praktisk med shuttlebuss også om morgenen. Hotellet var ok, men litt slitt. Spesielt oppe i taket. "
