This property is beautiful inside and out. The rooms were very clean. It would've been a perfect trip *HOWEVER, we arrived to our room around 1AM because our flight was delayed, only to find out we never received the email for the door code. It says to call the number provided for help, nobody answered. We were locked out of our room for 2-3 hours in 30° temps. We even walked over to another hotel but they were full. Luckily another guest came out to help us. He said his code is his phone number so we tried ours and it worked! We did not receive a call back from the property until noon the next day! They confirmed the email with our door code did not go through and all they offered was "sorry". To me, that's not acceptable for what we went through. We asked for the manager and they said "he's not available" I still haven't heard back from anyone.
*If there's a problem after hours or you arrive after hours there's nobody to help you! Nobody is on call and there's no emergency number!
