Inconvenient location if you are on the younger side. Staff was very unfriendly towards my friend and I upon arrival. Over priced for the experience, limited amenities. Would not recommend especially to anyone in their 20's. We loved Ibiza but this place was so unwelcoming.

We came on a girls trip and had a fantastic time. Rooms were clean and room service was great; sea view balcony views were exceptional. Pool was perfect, drinks were always available. Walking to multiple dining options, taxis, shops, and the beach. Resort food was decent, we enjoyed the breakfast and lunch. Our only wish was that there was late night dining available during late night hours. However everything else was perfect and we will be back!

Insgesamt ist es ein gutes Hotel. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett. Die Qualität des Essens war in Ordnung, allerdings haben sie leider nur günstige Zutaten für die Speisen verwendet. Das Essen war okay, aber nicht besonders vielfältig.

Es Cana area donde se encuentra el hotel para las personas que busquen tranquilidad ya que después de las 12AM no hay nada, es demasiado tranquilo. Si quieres más acción/diversión ir a Santa Eulalia o Ibiza. Por otro lado, el hotel no es malo pero falta más variedad en el buffet. La comida se repite. Y las habitaciones falta un poco más de limpieza.

Piscine dégueulasse pas nettoyée pleine d'algues...le sol extérieur des piscines n'est pas nettoyé non plus... Chambre sale Literie pas confortable... Les repas all inclusif dégueulasse... Je Suis choquée vu le prix de la nuit...une moyenne de 350euros la nuit...pour ce prix on s'attend à un certain niveau...et ça fait parti du groupe Hyatt... Le seul point positif s'est les salariés...les serveurs au restaurant ou au bar sont très sympathiques l'animateur aussi...et la masseuse Maria a des doigts de fée...

Um hotel pra curtir cada minuto
Antes de tudo tenho que enaltecer todos os colaboradores. Ficamos impressionados e extremamente agradecidos ao trabalho dos funcionários. Sem exceção. Apesar de ser um serviço duro o pessoal não média esforços para bem atender. Parabéns mesmo. Quanto ao hotel tudo funcionou muito bem, tem ótimas piscinas, o quarto era muito confortável e de ótimo tamanho, a alimentação ALL inclusive estava ótima, com grande variedade, quantidade é uma sensível mudança de cardápio a cada dia. Quanto as bebidas inclusas também totalmente aceitável. Obviamente algumas marcas eram inferiores às marcas líderes, mas nada de errado nisso. E por fim, a região é cercada de praias incríveis a uma curta distância.

Great location. Amazing staff
Friendly, attentive and hard working staff. Modern, simple decor. Lovely pool atmosphere with some evening entertainment. Large variety of food (you just need to choose different options) pizza, spaghetti, fish, vegetarian, salads etc. Great location, but some early hour noise from party goers if you have a sea view room. However sea view is amazing.

The hotel is just fine. My Aircon was not working, took 2 days to fix it. The bathroom was dirty and mouldy when I checked in, Safe was broken and was not working. Drinks are watered down and the pool is not clean.

Hotel in die Jahre gekommen
Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen enttäuscht. Das Hotel macht auf den Fotos einen wunderbaren Eindruck. Leider zeigt die Realität ein ganz anderes Bild, da das Hotel mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen ist und renovierungsbedürtig ist. Sowohl Flure, als auch Hotelzimmer sind stark abgenutzt, sodass man sich nicht mehr wohl fühlt. Beim Duschen überflutet das gesamte Bad und teilweise auch das Hotelzimmer. Auch das Essen ist leider mangelhaft. Wir haben all inclusive gebucht und dann doch meistens außerhalb gegessen, da die Gerichte uns überhaupt nicht geschmeckt haben und die Gerichte auch auch jeden Tag fast die gleichen sind. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt - vor allem unter Berücksichtigung des Preises der Unterkunft - sehr enttäuschend. Wir können dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

The people are so kind. The beds are good and the cleaning is perfect! But… a lot of the locks on doors, balcony, toilet are broken. The food is good, but less options. The drinks are more expensive. And this year the swimming pool was warm. You could not freshen up in the pool.

We hebben een heerlijk lang weekend gehad in Aluasoul Ibiza. In de directe omgeving zijn winkeltjes, restaurants en bars. Wij hebben geen last gehad van geluidsoverlast. Ondanks voor-seizoen, was het wel al zoeken naar ligbedden (handdoekje leggen). Er zijn twee aparte terrassen met ligbedden, maar die zijn voor upgrade kamers. Persoonlijk vind ik het onzin, dat je in je “eigen” hotel moet opletten waar je wel/niet gaat liggen (ik weet niet of er op gecontroleerd word). Eten wat prima en zelden lauw. De cola light was prima te drinken, de wijn had een erg hoog zuurgehalte. De sfeer was heerlijk relaxed, fijn muziekje op de achtergrond, af en toe wat activiteiten als je daar zin in had. Zwembad ook lekker rustig, zonder kinderen. Kamers netjes, badkamer prima. Ik zou zeker weer terug gaan!!

Very nice hotel, rooms cleaned to a very good standard daily. Food good with plenty of choice and many cooked to order dishes at every meal. Choice of drinks good. Staff very pleasant and friendly, any queries dealt with promptly. One problem, we had a great room overlooking the sea, but next door was a very noisy restauarant/bar which played music on an outside stage tillnabout midnight.

Schein und Wirklichkeit: 1. Strandlage = zwischen Meer (Bootsanlegestelle) und Hotel ist eine stark befahrene Straße, 2. Textilreinigungsservice im Hotel = fahren Sie nach Santa Eularia, dort gibt es einen Waschsalon, dort können Sie selbst alles waschen, 3. Zimmer bestechen durch Aufmerksamkeiten = es gibt eine Live-Übertragung bei WC-Nutzung ins Zimmer aufgrund der oben offenen Glastüre, dies ist für den zweiten Gast im Zimmer unzumutbar, 4. Grundsätzlich heißt es hier: zuerst bezahlen, dann den bestellten Service genießen, dies gilt für Aufenthalt (gleich beim Check in), Massage (Bezahlung bei der Buchung); ein Kreditkarten-Deposit für Extras ist nicht möglich: wenn € 200 erreicht sind, muss bei der Reception wieder bezahlt werden, ansonsten kann man nichts mehr aufs Zimmer schreiben, 5. Zimmer mit Meerblick = in der Nacht wird von den umliegenden Lokalen das Altglas in den Container vor dem Hotel geworfen, gegen 5-6 Uhr früh wird der Container dann in einen LKW geleert – dann weiß man: es ist Zeit zum Aufstehen. Fazit: wir haben das falsche Hotel gewählt.

Zur Preis Leistung muss ich leider einen Punkt abziehen. Das Essen war immer das gleiche, vor allem beim Frühstück, konnte es nicht mehr sehen nach 3 Tagen..Für Leute, die kein Schwein essen wird es bei den Mahlzeiten schwierig.. hab selten mal Rind gesehen, Hier sieht man, dass man auf Schwein setzt und sparen möchte.. Auch beim Zimmer hätten wir mehr erwartet, da es doch nicht das günstigste Hotel ist. Der Pool war wärmer als draussen. Wir benutzten ihn nie wieder.. Schade fanden wir auch, das nicht jeden Tag eine Show odr ähnliches am Abend lief. Wir hatten eine gute Aussicht und es war immer Sauber.

Very nice hotel
Everything at the hotel worked very well. Your room-key is a bracelet. You have peace and quiet at the pool-area without enoying music. As I travell light, I appriciated the schampoo, conditioner and bodylotion in the room. The beach is not supernice but there is only a 15 min walk to lovely Cala Nova Beach.

I wouldn’t stay here again
Disappointing trip here with some not great experiences with the staff. The hotel was loud and we had some pretty poor experiences during dinner time.

Alles in allem war das Hotel gut. Einzig die Duschkabine war Schrott. Sie war undicht und nach dem duschen stand das halbe Zimmer unter Wasser.

We stayed attached they alua sol in Mallorca 2 year's ago any this hotel was not anythings like the value for money. Out of the 14 days we were there they had 7 acts on which were repeated they next-door week of which there were only two acts thats hadn't audience participation. They toilets just by the bar absolutely stunk no matter what time of day you used them. They foods was good, but again on a 7 day cycle. In Mallorca we had they option as all inclusive to use the ala carte restaurant once a week as part of our deal, the restaurant was closed in this hotel. They music around the pool was very loud during the day. The shower by the pool continued to run after any one had a shower and required someone around that area to pull out the switch to stop it, it was calcification an all though the cleaning staff knowingly nothings changed in 14 days .
