Tucked away in a quiet area of Hythe, just a one minute walk from the beach, this charming three bedroom house with free on road parking outside has been thoughtfully renovated with holidays in mind. These are perfectly balanced by modern touches and upgrades that make the house comfortable and cosy throughout the year, whether you're enjoying sunny summer days by the coast or curling up after blustery winter walks along the beach. The well equipped kitchen opens out through double doors onto a private courtyard garden, complete with a table and bench seating, which becomes a lovely spot for morning coffee, relaxed lunches or al fresco drinks in the warmer months. Upstairs, you'll find three beautifully decorated bedrooms, a King size bed, a full size bunk bed room and a single bedroom. The bathroom benefits from having a bath and a rainfall shower. The layout is ideal for families, or couples looking for an ideally located base for a relaxing seaside break. Just opposite the house is a recreational field, with tennis courts and a skate park, perfect for children to run around, or simply to sit and enjoy a quiet moment outdoors. Open plan living area with sitting room at one end with comfortable sofa and window seat, decorative fireplace, and Smart TV. At the other end is a dining room with an extendable table and seating for up to 8. Door to the garden and kitchen.

First floor
Bedroom One (Front)
Sleeps 2, with Kingsize bed, bedside tables and wall lights, hanging space, chest of drawers.

Bedroom Two
Sleeps 2, with full size bunk beds, chest of drawers and lamps, door hooks and hanging space at the end of the bunk beds. Perfect for teens or children.

Bedroom Three
Sleeps 1, with single bed, bedside table and lamp, hanging and a small chest of drawers in the fitted wardrobe.

Bathroom
Bath with overhead rainfall shower, wc, basin. Please note that there is quite a step down into the bath, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

A starter pack of sundries such as toilet rolls, washing up liquid and hand soaps are provided to get you started, but you may wish to bring more for your self catering holiday - especially if staying for over a week

House Rules
We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful home. We understand that accidents happen, but please let us know so we can sort for the next guests.

Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
