Beautiful and private beach villa with heated infinity pool close to Hvar town

Casa Sviracina is stunning and spacious villa set on a secluded bay with a huge heated hillside infinity pool just a short drive from Hvar town. With the beach immediately in front of the house, this is a true Mediterranean paradise, surrounded by typical nature, and a range of sundecks and terraces around the villa to relax on.

The interior of the villa has been carefully constructed to maximise light and views with large french windows opening on to terraces and balconies all around the house giving a sense of outdoor living. There is air conditioning on the ground floor.

The well-equipped and spacious kitchen was new in 2025. With elegant marble worktops, mood lighting and modern appliances including double ovens, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave , toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine combine to make the cooking experience a pleasure.

The sitting room has a large 42inch Smart TV. The villa has 2 rechargeable Bluetooth speakers which can be paired and positioned anywhere around the property.

The villa is professionally configured for remote working with high-speed Starlink SpaceX internet (up to 200mbps) and wifi throughout the house and externally around the terraces/balconies.

Casa Sviracina has six air-conditioned bedrooms and five bathrooms: 3 ensuite, one smaller bathroom and one large family bathrooms with bath, separate shower, WC and granite mounted basins. Most of the bathrooms will be brand new for 2026 (new photos coming soon!). In addition there is a downstairs toilet and solar heated outdoor shower.

There are a large number of balconies, terraces and decks on which you can lounge and soak up the sun and atmosphere. The pool and surrounding terrace which enjoys first light at sunrise and far reaching views at sunset is stunning.

The outdoor living concept is present throughout with outdoor sofas and sun loungers around the pool, on the Yoga deck and on the balcony. The wood fired barbecue and outdoor pizza oven is great fun and delivers tasty food when entertaining.

Casa Sviracina is truly unique. It is on the beach in a secluded bay with an huge infinity pool yet just a short drive to Hvar town. The best of both worlds - there is nothing else quite like it.

There are private permanent moorings for speed boats up to 10m, jetskis and sailboats.

The whole villa is available for your use. The first floor and bedrooms are accessed via the external staircases. The swimming pool is built into the hillside above the house to give elevated sea views.

Other things to note
For reservations longer than 14 nights the cleaner will visit every Saturday to change the linen and towels.

Our gardener and swimming pool maintenance company visit a few times a week. Our handyman comes as necessary.

Many of our guests request the services of a private chef and maid. We can arrange both at additional cost. We can also arrange a yoga instructor.

The internet is provided through Starlink (SpaceX). Whilst the service is usually very reliable we can not guarantee uptime. Speeds average between 160 - 180mbps and can go as high as 200mpbs.

The pool is heated to approx 28 Degrees Celsius in April and early May and during late October and November.

We recommend car hire when staying at the villa and can put you directly in touch with a reliable company on the island.
