«Going through Expedia is the right way to go! We saved money from what the hotel itself was offering so that was good. When we arrived, THE person at the desk welcomed us. She was friendly and professional! Her name was Rachel. Once we got to our room, we had a text from Rachel asking if we need anything and we asked if there was a place nearby where we could get fresh fish. My wife and I follow a gluten-free due to celiac disease, and pescatarian diet.
We were directed to a place that did offer ...

«Stayed here 3 nights for Cedar Points. Very qiuck check in, nice and friendly staff, clean big rooms. Looks like 2 and 2 rooms are connected with a door inbetween them, so you ca hear your neighbour VERY good. But if your are going to Cedar, you wont be staying here much anyway. Absolutely recommend this place and save some bucks!»

«It was very nice this hotel had an indoor pool, but the clientele was really questionable. While I saw some other families as I stayed with my 2 young daughters, it seems like this hotel accepts long term stays with really trashy people living here. While everything says nonsmoking you could smell lots of cigarette smoke and weed. I didn’t feel unsafe per se but i think there is likely drug hand offs going on here. It has trap house vibes so just be aware. I also overheard someone who seemed to ...

«When we initially checked in, we got to the room, the bathroom wasn't clean, the floor was disgusting and there was a bug on the bed. I went back to the front desk, asked for a different room, she got on the phone with the EVS crew, she offered me a different room but said that room might not be clean either if it was cleaned by the same team. We walked through the new room, it was ok. Why aren't you talking to your staff? This is unacceptable. As we were walking to the front desk, they were ...
