Apparently Zach Galifianakis works at the front desk. Cool but very unkempt and I think there was a body odor emanating from behind the counter. He was pleasant enough, however.
Room was clean, but beds were a bit too squishy and pillows were just these tiny squares, which was weird. I liked the clean white sheets and bedding.
Room window opened which was nice but there was a huge hole in my screen and felt unsafe for a child.
Breakfast seemed just adequate but tolerable and I guess what I would expect from this level budget of a hotel.
The hotel was pretty clean except for a big patch of either poopy or muddy spots down the first floor hallway. I could see a lot of work trucks outside and imagine it was just somebody that maybe worked in the mud all day.
This is definitely a passable, adequate hotel if you’re on a budget and trying to find something nice enough and the lower budget frame. I would say this is either High cheap or low mid as far as budget goes. Totally possible. I recommend.
