The low stars are for the hotel itself. The owner needs to pay attention to detail and have the electronic locks checked. Every night except the last night we had to have the key cards constantly reprogrammed as we couldn't get in the room. One morning we got up a bit late. Went to the breakfast area at 955. Yes it's 5 minutes till they stop but everything was removed. I wasn't exactly mad but wasn't happy either. That is only worth half a star. The pool was very cold as the staff informed us that the heater needed repairs and was waiting on parts. It did look beautiful and clean. The hot tub was usable ave was great. Needed a bit updated but worked none the less... the staff was great. The front desk people were helpful and the last cleaning the rooms was always around. Nathan was extremely helpful and informative more polite then most hotel staff in Florida. We do travel a lot so hotels are something we pay close attention to. If the owner did a bit more updating and maintaining it a bit more this would be an excellent budget hotel is stay at every time I came back to home!!!
