Expedia had a $34 food credit on my reservation, but the hotel couldn’t use it, so the staff mentioned they’re looking into a refund.»

The hotell was in two different buildings, we where in one and the kitchen was in another - the front door of the building with the kitchen was some days closed and we did not have the code for it, so we could not use kitchen. The kitchen does not have a stove or own, not even a water heater. Only fridge and ...

«Great location with a lot of places to visit close by. Only 2 blocks from BART, so getting the hotel from the airport was very easy. The room was clean as was the hotel. Only issue was the alley behind my room was noisy. But that is to be expected in a city. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. »
