«What a wonderful, charming house! It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with a big group. «We had the best time in Prattvilla. this is our second time and we love it, the villa is spacious and comfortable ,the best amenities from the fire place to the game room with football, pingpong table, airhockey popcorn machine billiard table and the perfect backyard with large hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. the location is close to Hunter for Ski with many dining options. «After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. «This house was perfect for five couples each with bedroom and bathroom. Laundry facilities and room enough for everyone to interact in common areas. Kitchen was clean and stocked. The host was very prompt with all communication and very good to work with. The location of the home was good for the Path / Bus and Uber. Overall one of the best VRBO experiences. We would definitely rebook here again. There is a deli just around the corner too.»
