«The room was clean and comfortable enough, particularly the bed, and a great shower. The staff were great. But, access up two flights of narrow stairs was not the best for us. In fairness, staff did offer to carry our luggage up. I missed the part that said no lift. Also, it was advertised as ‘self parking included’. There wasn’t. We had to find a park on the street. No complaints, merely observations.»

«The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The resort premises are cute. Breakfast which was included was decent. However, a day before our arrival we have learned that Henry’s restaurant where we had a birthday dinner reservation was closed which was disappointing as it was meant to be part of the overall experience. Tried to reach the property several times, left a voicemail and couple messages through Expedia, no one reached back or acknowledged our outreach. During our stay no one was ever ...

«After a little snafu with check-in (we had completed the form in advance and never received the room number text), we were able to get checked in with the virtual front desk. The inn was clean and well appointed and centrally located. The common areas felt inviting and useful for both the adults and kids. We would stay again.»
