«I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly Hello, I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no ...

«The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!»

«Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room»

«The only positive part of my stay was the receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful. The renovations looked okay, but everything else was extremely disappointing. The hotel advertised complimentary breakfast, which was one of the main reasons I booked, only to discover it wasn’t available due to renovations. The shower was barely lukewarm, and there wasn’t even a shelf to put my shampoo, conditioner, or other shower essentials. The microwave didn’t work, and I had to wait approximately 45 ...
