Hotellet var fint, men sto ikke til våre forventninger. Hotellpersonalet ytet ikke spesielt god service, og maten der var ikke noe spesielt å skryte av, og da tenker jeg på bassengkafeen, you&me. Veldig dyrt også. Kommer ikke til å anbefale dette hotellet. Alt i alt, et helt greit hotell. Men fortjener ikke 5 stjerner. Kanskje 3.

Worst experience ever, don't go here. go to the islands. The hotel ends with a big wall against the beach, and if you should ask to take your towel down to the beach you get no... great hotel if you just want to read a book and just use the pool. The hotel is like a ghost town at night, nobody stays there. They offer you shuttle bus to town 100 bath per person, but if you are 2, they don't tell you that a personal taxi costs 150 bath and can go whenever, so people sit and wait for the shuttle bus...paying more for a less service. The Spa...we paid 8000 bath for the same experience you get outside the hotel for 500 bath. All food and drinks are 200% more expansive in the hotel than outside...no wonder nobody stays there at night.

Excellent for families
Great facilities, all do it is getting a bit dated. Perfect location for families that down want to stress after beach and pool days. There is a Tesco and 7-11 close by. Some nice thai local restaurants. And the weekend market is just outside your hotel. You should definitily try and get a room in the Club-section. We booked a Deluxe room at first, but these do not have balconies, and the room smelled like mould. The staff happily helped us with an upgrade and gave us a great deal on Club room. These rooms are not the biggest, but okey. The have an ok sized bathroom, shower and wc. Great balcony. The staff is amazing at this hotel. However, they should have someone replace the broken or missing tiles in the pool, and upgrade their standard and deluxe rooms. Everything else is more than good enough.

Er det verdt frokostprisen?
Alt var bra unntatt muligheter og pris på frokost. Frokost var ikke inkludert i prisen, ved ankomst fikk vi ikke oppgradert til rom med frokost. Vi måtte betale 2000 bath , ca kr 540, for hver frokost for to personer. Det gav ingen god følelse. Kaffemaskinen på rommet blei derfor flittig brukt. Likeså terrassen utenfor rommet. Derimot var service på rommet og service ved bassengkanten helt topp. Hagen, stranda og Cicada - markedet gav positive opplevelser. Opplevelsen med en frokostregning på drøyt 7000 NOK for 2 pers i 14 dager gjør at jeg vil sterkt vurdere totalprisen ved neste besøk.

Flott resort hotell men elendig strand og sjøvann
Bodde en uke med voksen famile på 7 personer. Fine rom og flott anlegg men ingen innendørsaktiviteter i tilfelle regn. Stranden var full av minikrabber og vannet fullt av maneter, sand og silt.

Et fantastisk hotell
Hotellet er helt fantastisk. Det største minus er at stranden her er dårlig og grumsete sjø. Stranden og sjøen er langt i fra den kvaliteten som er lengre sør som på Koh Samui og Phuket! Det er også advarsler om til tider mye brennmaneter i sjøen her. Når det gjelder hotellet så er det meget bra. Rent og pent, flotte rom, god mat, meget bra Spa etc. Stort og flott basseng for både store og små. Hotellet holder høy standard. Ca 10 minutter til sentrum med TukTuk dom koster 150 bath. Marked uten for hotellet hver helg med utrolig mye god asiatisk mat.

Overall it’s a nice hotel but it lacks proper room accommodations fo the disabled. The “accesible” room was to smell for wheelchair udse and the bathroom didn’t have proper grab bars by by the=toilet or in the shower so was unusable for people with mobility and balscecisde disabilities Ike I have.

해변에 위치하여 아침저녁으로 해변산책하기 좋습니다. 객실은 청결하고 지내기 불편함은 없었습니다. 주변에 식당 및 마사지삽이 있어서 매일 두시간씩 마사지 받았네요. 조식은 호불호가 갈릴것 같은데 저에게는 좀 안 맞았습니다. 주변에 야시장이 금토일에 열리지만 너무 더워서 즐기기에는 좀 힘들었습니다. 휴양지답게 유유자적하여 쉬기에는 좋은 호텔입니다.

Tired
We were initially put in a room smelling of mould next to what seemed like a back of house area. We complained and were moved. The new room had a bowl of fruit but this was promptly removed as they were apparently switching is with someone yet to arrive. What happened to our bowl of fruit we wondered. Not a good start. Overall the whole hotel is tired and has seen better days. Club access was ok but the food was nothing special. Overall a disappointing stay and we were glad that we were only staying a couple of nights.

The property is well maintained and very clean. Beautiful grounds and pools. We had problems getting our rooms. When we checked in the receptionist kept saying our rooms weren’t ready and would have to be reconfigured. It took three hours and my room had to be changed as I had an injury and could not climb the stairs and make the walk to the remote room I was I itially given. Once this was corrected the rest of the stay was great!

Fantastisk hotel
Alt var fantastisk. Smukke omgivelser, dejlige værelser, fantastisk personale, flot morgenbuffet. En helt unik oplevelse. Først fik vi værelser (havde bestilt deluxe) uden balkon eller terrasse, måtte dog vente tre dage på at blive flytte til værelser med udgang. Det er lidt mærkeligt at der er forskel når prisen er den samme. Det var det eneste minus ved stedet. Billige restauranter tæt på og billig taxa til byen.

2回目の滞在です。 以前、部屋によっては古さが否めませんでしたが、リノベーションして、とてもコンパクトで使いやすくなったと思います。ホテルの規模といいリゾート感も大満足です。朝食のヴュッフェの種類も味もとても良かったです。 ただし、ホテルエントランスから一歩外に出ると、週末のシカダマーケットは賑やかですが、他は何もありません。 足裏マッサージ店もお粗末でした。 とすると、繁華街中心部へのシャトルバスが数便あったらとても便利ではと思いました。 トータルで言うと大変大変満足です。

Bonne hôtel dans l’ensemble bon petit déjeuner chambre sont très confortable déçu du personnel de la piscine mal organisé pas sympathique hôtel loin du centre-ville rien de spécial le centre-ville donc pas de regrets
