«We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Our room was clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable – one of the best hotel beds I've slept in, which is not something I often experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of both hot and cold dishes. The atmosphere in the hotel was pleasant and relaxing, and the rooms were very quiet. We didn't hear any noise from the street or from other rooms, which made for a ...

«New hotel, convenient location, biggest mall nearby, parking available.»

«I always stay here on trips to our office in Sofia. Very clean, no-touch check-in (all mobile app), free breakfast, free co-working space, high-speed wifi ... it checks all the boxes for a business trip. I usually book the rooms which have the balcony / porch, which always have a great view of the mountains, and the rooms are huge. More grocery / restaurants w/in a 5 minue walk than you'll ever need to use.»

«Loved everything, the room, the breakfast.»

«I liked they offered us airport shuttle during check in, that made things really smooth for us next day since it was an early flight.»

«We had a very disappointing stay. Both rooms we were given had clear cleanliness issues, which is unacceptable when you’re paying for a hotel. Despite raising this properly and providing documentation, we received no meaningful response—just a €10 refund at checkout with no apology. The handling of the situation was poor, and the staff showed little understanding, even interrupting when we tried to explain. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.»

«The shower was broken, the light switch in one of the rooms, missing remote control for the TV. Minor things»

«Easy check in, great location (for what we needed). Apartment is well equiped. Great staff.»

«Jeg elsker dette hotellet. All betjening er svært vennlige.»

«First we got scammed by the taxi driver from the airport, he charge triple price from airport to hotel. We told the receptionist about the story, and she said we had to pay 8 Lev for city tax, are you sure about that I said ? And she said yes, a nice lady in check in. Have her a 20 bill, and got 10 back??!! And I said this is not right ? Well she didn’t got any coins?? First told about the taxi driver, and then the receptionist is doing the same thing?? Really bad experience!! Suddenly she had ...

«Dette er et helt ok hotell i kategorien. Ok til god beliggenhet. Rommene er store, slitne og nokså rene. Bra senger, med litt vel utvasket sengetøy. Røyklukten fra gamle dager henger igjen i hele bygningen. Frokosten er det man kalle intetsigende, men helt ok, med betydelig innslag av svinekjøtt i alle avskygninger.»

«Alt bra 👍 Ingen problem Som livet»
