«Property is in a really great location, the parking space in a private car park was also really nice and only a 10 minute walk away. Had everything we needed for a weekend stay! Host communication was great and replied really quickly to any questions we had. Thank You! X»

«Was here for a hen do and this house is absolutely perfect. The photos don’t do it enough justice! It is stocked with everything you need, the rooms are large, great location, easy check in. Babs was super responsive and explained everything clearly. Will 100% return again, we had the best weekend ever »

«House is massive, brilliant for the amount of people you want to stay. Host is quick to respond. Did find some old food in cupboards and appliances but nothing too major! »

«Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette demeure très bien située. Nous avons oublié un petit doudou d’enfant. Quelques remarques pour améliorer le séjour. Ce serait bien d’en mettre à disposition. Nous avons d’ailleurs oublié celle que nous avons achetée sur place.»

«This is such a beautiful house to rent for a large group. Excellent location, a 14 min walk from the train station and right by the Lanes. The kitchen has all the items you'll need for your stay, including 3 coffee makers! The beds are comfortable and the house is quiet (due to all the fire doors!). The host is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!»

«Ideal place to stay whilst catching up with family. Spacious sitting room/ dining room great for comfortable dining and post meal relaxing.Parking space adequate for 1 car. Fully enclosed large brick paved yard for dog safety.Welcoming prossecco on arrival. Old wood and brick built barn conversion, charming with interesting decorative features. Poynings village peaceful and aesthetic, with pub a few steps down the lane. Loved our stay and will definitely book again when in this area.»

«This place needs a deep clean. As soon as we opened the door we knew is wasn't clean due to the smell. Never had this problem at other rentals. The bathrooms had scum on sinks and unclean toilets. The carpets hadn't been vacuum and the tiled floors were sticky. The leather settee and chairs were cracked and grimy. The bed linen was clean but old and faded. Uncomfortable old matressess. Kitchen equipment like saucepans and baking trays needed replacing. Even found dirty cups in the cupboards. Very ...
