Living Area: As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the warm glow of original hardwood floors that flow throughout the home. The main living area is bathed in natural light, furnished with comfortable seating that invites you to relax with a book, stream a movie on the smart TV, or enjoy a quiet conversation.



Well-Equipped Kitchen: The bright and tidy kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. It features a full range of modern appliances, ample counter space, and is stocked with all the necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils.



Workspace: The primary bedroom has a dedicated work setup by the window, with a proper writing desk, a comfortable chair and good natural light. Please note this is a workspace within the bedroom rather than a separate office room.



Two Serene Bedrooms: The home offers two peaceful bedrooms designed for restful nights. Each room features comfortable beds, quality linens, and a simple, clean aesthetic that complements the home's vintage character, ensuring a rejuvenating escape from the day's activities.

Good to know before you book: This is an older home, not a fully renovated or modern build, and you will see signs of its age here and there. We keep it clean, maintained and as presentable as we can. It is set up for families and pet owners who want space and a big yard; if you are looking for a brand-new, fully updated or pristine space, it may not be the best fit.



We are upgrading the home step by step, so if something differs from the photos, it is usually an improvement; next up is fresh paint on the lower kitchen cabinets and the bathroom vanity. When a piece of furniture wears out, we replace it with a close match or better.

Late check-ins are welcome, but due to the complexity of coordinating with our cleaning team's schedule, we are unable to guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs.



Property Rules:



Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including in all rooms and common areas.

This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, and other smoking devices.

Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee.



No Parties, Events, or Gatherings



Parties and events are strictly prohibited at the property.

This includes gatherings of more than 6 people.

Any unauthorized parties or events will result in immediate eviction and additional fees.



Pets



We are happy to welcome dogs to our property. A $30 pet fee will be applied to your booking for each dog. Please note that Airbnb does not currently allow hosts to collect multiple pet fees through the booking platform. We will therefore request the additional pet fees directly (Airbnb Payment Request) after your booking is confirmed.

Please be responsible for your furry companions and ensure they are up-to-date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention.

Please clean up after your pets and dispose of pet waste properly.

Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture or beds.



Please take care of the property as if it were your own.

Do not damage or misuse any furniture, appliances, or fixtures.

Report any damage or accidents to the host immediately.



Guests are responsible for following all house rules and policies.
