Good to know:
- A quiet, neighbor-friendly home: no parties, quiet hours 8 PM-8 AM, shared fourplex so please mind noise.
- Pets: dogs welcome with prior approval and a pet fee, no breed restrictions, must be approved before arrival, no cats, keep off furniture and clean up.
- A bar nearby may play evening music; white noise machines provided. All bedrooms and full baths are upstairs (half bath only on first floor).

- Routine professional pest control; let us know if anything comes up.
- Trash is easy: bag it and place it in the rolling bins. Our team handles taking them to the curb on collection days.

During the stay
Parking: Up to 2 vehicles in the gated lot. Street parking is allowed, with no dedicated street spots; follow posted signs. Please don`t block neighbors` driveways or mailboxes. No boats, trailers or ATVs. Please don`t block the gate or the other unit`s access. Dogs are welcome when they are on your reservation and paid for. No cats. Keep pets off the furniture. Walls are shared, so please keep noise down. For safety, please do not use the fireplace. Ask before early check-in or late check-out; approved times are in your Breezy Key. Follow HOA rules and local laws.

Before checkout
Check-out: please leave by your check-out time. This is a short-term stay, not a lease. It ends at check-out unless we approve more time in writing, and door codes stop then. Throw away leftover food and trash in the outside bin. Gather used towels in one spot. Return any keys you were given to the lockbox. Leave the gate remote where you found it. Lock up when you leave.
