Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious 3-story townhome is designed for comfort and convenience, perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy all that Houston has to offer. Perfectly situated for exploring Houston, you’ll be just a short trip from Downtown, Midtown, Discovery Green, and the Museum District. From local dining and coffee spots to nightlife and entertainment, there’s always something to discover nearby.

This spacious 3-story townhome is designed for both comfort and convenience, offering plenty of room for families. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, everyone gets the privacy they need, while the open concept living spaces make it easy to come together.

On the third floor, you’ll find the private master suite, complete with two full size beds, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom featuring a shower and soaking tub. This room also includes a smart TV for entertainment.

The first floor includes two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom by the garage entrance has a full-size bed and a reading desk and shares a bathroom with the adjacent bedroom. The second bedroom on the first floor features a full-size bed, a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom. The first floor also houses the in-unit washer and dryer, making laundry convenient and accessible.

The second floor is the heart of the home, where the open concept living room flows into the dining area and modern kitchen. A smart TV makes this space perfect for relaxing or entertaining, and a convenient half bathroom is located on this level. An exterior flight of stairs at the front of the house leads up to the main entrance door on the second floor.

Our guests have complete access to the entire home.

We like to give our guests their privacy. But please know that we are only a phone call away. Don`t hesitate to call us if you need anything during your stay.

IF PETS ARE ALLOWED ON EXCEPTION, PET FEES WILL BE COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING.

NO LOUD MUSIC OUTSIDE. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE OR AROUND OUTDOOR PATIO FURNITURE as this is a non-smoking home.

SMOKING VIOLATION ATTRACTS A $750 FINE.
