Thoughtfully designed and furnished for families in mind, this Kemah gem guarantees an enjoyable time for everyone in your crew. With a large pool, outdoor fire pit, charcoal grill, ample outdoor seating, and three cozy bedrooms, It`s the ideal haven for relaxing get-togethers, poolside fun, or embarking on Kemah Boardwalk adventures.

● Location: Kemah, Texas - 0.3 miles to the Kemah Boardwalk!

● Private Pool: This home features a large, in-ground private pool ranging from 5-8ft deep.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway, plus 2 more cars along street inside white lane marker.

Welcome to your poolside retreat! Walking into the home, the first bedroom is on your left behind pocket doors with a queen size bed and full over full bunk bed. Directly ahead is the fully stocked kitchen with lovely coastal green cabinets and fresh white tiled backsplash. There’s an extended countertop with stool seating, washer/dryer and plenty of pantry storage for your vacation grocery haul.

The master suite is off the kitchen and features a comfy king size bed, glass french doors leading out to the patio and pool, and a full bathroom with a standing shower. The third bedroom is off the living room with vibrant pink walls and two queen beds. The second full bathroom is next door with a beautiful tiled shower and built-in shelves.

The glass french doors off the living room open up to the patio and pool area, with twinkling string lights and an outdoor table and lounge seating. Beyond the pool is an outdoor fire pit and large grassy area for lawn games and space for your pups to run free. When you’re ready to go exploring, restaurants, shops and fun at the Kemah Boardwalk are a short walk away!

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
