Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.
The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space on the driveway (around 4 cars fit). If more, you can park 2 more cars on the street in front of the house. MAX 6 CARS AT ALL TIMES.
This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.
• Please note that though the listing shows 4 bunk beds, there are only 2 bunk beds (4 full size beds). Please be mindful that the top bunk bed has a weight limit of 200 lbs.
• Please note that the living room sofa recliner does not work properly, gets stuck, and is very hard to put back.
• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
• This property includes a pool outside. Please understand that since the pool is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the pool. Rest assured that we do pool maintenance weekly and we remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the pool after we have cleaned it. Our swimming pool maintenance team will visit once a week to clean the pool and take care of any necessary upkeep. They might stop by during your stay, but please rest assured that they’ll only be working outside and won’t disturb you. This maintenance is essential to ensure the pool remains in great condition for you and future guests.
• To ensure proper pool maintenance, please do not turn off the outdoor hose bib/tap, as it controls the automatic pool water filler. If the valve is closed, guests may be responsible for any resulting damage to the pool equipment and additional cleaning costs.
