This home is located in a peaceful neighborhood, with plenty of convenient options nearby. You can find HEB with just a 5-minute drive, alongside LA Fitness and several other stores which are right in front of the property. You'll also find gas stations, restaurants, and other everyday amenities within a 3 to 5-minute drive for an easy stay.

• GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles in the garage. Street or driveway parking is not allowed.

• WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi (800+ Mbps) available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in a bedroom.

• FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a bassinet and highchair, available on-site.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage (2 cars). MAX 2 CARS AT ALL TIMES. You CANNOT park in front of the garage/driveway or next to the house (NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY). You CANNOT park on Bass St.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.

• Please note that this home is close to the highway. You may occasionally hear traffic from the highway.

• Please note that though the listing shows 6 beds, there are only 5 actual beds. The last “bed” is a high-quality queen size air mattress.

• Please note that though the listing shows 2 bunk beds, there is only 1 bunk bed (2 queen size beds). Please be mindful that the top bunk bed has a weight limit of 200 lbs.

• Please note that the bathtub jets in the primary bathroom are nonfunctional.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
